GUIDELINES
Following the photo guidelines will ensure that you are happy
with the results of your one-of-a-kind 'Painted Moments' painting
created especially for you.
Photo
dimensions to be no smaller than 2048x1536 pixels
Why? Any smaller and you just will not be happy with the digital
painting that you receive. So please use this large file size
or larger up to 3600x2700 pixels at the outset. This way your
digital paintings file will print beautifully. If your photo is
not digital and needs to be scanned, please scan at 3600x2700
pixels.
How
to find out the image dimensions
For a PC user, when you find the image you want to use in a documents
folder, place your cursor over the image and a small popup will
appear and tell you the image dimensions. For Mac users, (OSX)
place your mouse cursor over the image and click once. Under the
"File" menu 'Get Info' will show your pet's picture
size, and 'More Info' will show its dimensions.
What
file format should my photo be in?
Your photo should be in .JPG (JPEG) format.
What
types of photos work best for my digital painting?
Photos that capture the moment with the most clarity, and expression
work best. Look thru the gallery photos to help you decide which
of your photos will work best for your digital painting.
What
if I should change my mind?
If for any reason you decide to cancel your digital painting you
can. Absolutely, and without charge within 24 hours of ordering
your digital painting.
How
long does it take to get my painting to me?
Your 'PaintedMoments' archival print will be mailed within 7-10
days. In addition, your FREE desktop image of your painting will
be emailed to you.We're sorry, but due to our painting criteria
we are not able to offer any quicker delivery.
Why
would I pay you when I can do this myself?
By all means, do it, we are not stopping you. But ask yourself
one question. Do you want your painting to come out awesome? If
